Dear Revive to Survive/Community Members,

After yet another successful year of making a difference, it is time for our Annual General Meeting. The AGM will be held on Saturday, August 18th from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at Krishani and Ranil Abeysekera’s residence (13915 Aspen Knoll Ct). Dinner will be served shortly after.

This year, we want YOUth! Revive to Survive is calling the teenagers of the community to join in our fight against cancer. We want to not only make a difference in the lives of pediatric cancer patients, but also in the lives of the kids around us. This year, we will be assuming mentorship roles and showing the younger generation what goes on behind the scenes. Come get firsthand experience with leadership positions, running a non-profit, and making a difference in the lives of people less fortunate than us.

We are soliciting nominations for the RtoS Executive Committee positions:

• President- Must have served RtoS actively for at least two years
• Secretary- Must have served RtoS actively for at least two years
• Treasurer- Financial recordkeeping and budgeting experience is desired
• WebMaster- Website maintenance experience is desired

As well as our Youth Project Director positions:

• Public Relations coordinator
• Membership chair
• Project Facilitator
• Volunteer administrator

Any member nominated for these positions must be in good standing with the organization and show interest in serving the mission of the organization. Serve and make a difference!
