Several devotees have commented on the inexpensive prices of අවුරුදු කැවිලි. Considering the high quality of the food items, cost of the ingredients and each confectioner’s long hours spent making the sweets, they suggest that the food items should be priced somewhat higher. Please keep in mind that the food sale is a voluntary effort to raise funds for the Vihara development.

Accordingly, the organizers have decided to revise the prices of each item as follows:

• කොකිස්: 10 for $5.00
• කොණ්ඩ කැවුම්: 10 for $10:00
• මුං කැවුම්: 10 for $8.00
• Large පැණි අලුවා (with cashew): 10 for $10.00
• කිරි ටොෆි (with cashew): 5oz (15-20 pieces) $6.00
• අග්ගලා: 5 for $5:00
• බිබික්කං: 10 medium size pieces for $8:00
• රුලන් කේක්: 10 for $8:00
• වැලි තලප: 10 for $8:00

And large packets (containing one packet each of every type of kevili mentioned above) is priced at $60 each. We may also have අතිරස කැවුම් and a very limited quantity of ආස්මී.

Those who have already ordered will receive the items at the previously listed price. The new prices will be effective from April 5th.
